Building Maintenance Degrees

Building maintenance professionals take care of buildings, homes, and large public structures by protecting them from the elements (pests, weather, etc.) and performing regular repairs. They are typically trained in many different professions, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. Most make between $25,000 and $50,000 annually, and receive training in a certificate or associate program.
