Nursing & Patient Care
Ask a Question
Entering into the nursing field means you will be engaged in hands-on patient care. Upon graduation from high school, you can earn a nursing degree in as little as two years. This will prepare you to assist a doctor with administering tests and keeping records. You'll also be able to provide counseling and help for patients who have gone through any form of exam, operation, or treatment. There are a multitude of job openings in hospitals, trauma centers, private practice, clinics and government agencies. Registered nurses can begin earning $47,000 a year with the potential to earn as high as $83,000, depending on your specific field of knowledge and where you are employed.
