What degree do i have to have for a dentist assistant?
Submitted on: February 28, 2012

First you must have a high school diploma or its equivalent to attend a dental-assisting training program. These programs involve classroom, laboratory, and preclinical instruction in dental-assisting skills. These programs take 1 year or less to complete. You can also get an associate degree at a community college in this area.
