Le Cordon Bleu is a worldwide network of culinary arts and hospitality management institutes. The schools can be found in 29 countries, including 15 locations throughout the U.S. Courses in pastry creation, international cuisine, restaurant management, and gastronomy are offered at Le Cordon Bleu. The types of degrees available vary by specialty and include certificate, diploma, bachelor and master’s degrees. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, an 11 percent increase in jobs for chefs and culinary workers is expected by 2016.
