Television Broadcasting

When I was 7 years old I wanted to be a news anchor, I knew I wanted to be the girl on the TV that was bringing the news into people’s living rooms. Learning how to do it was something else completely. I found CSB School of broadcasting by accident and had to learn more. They provide hands on experience for those willing to learn though their four step program. They gave me hands on experience in the broadcasting world; I actually worked behind the scenes and saw how things ran day to day on a local show. Through focused practice I saw my weaknesses and was able to really change those bad habits, i.e. my nervous hand movements for example. CSB helped me make a great demo that got noticed, and created a resume with me that made my skills shine. Even after all that, they will stick by me for the rest of my career with superior career assistance, that way I will always be able to better myself and make the most from my career. This experience was more than the girl with a hairbrush mike could have asked for…

CSB/ICB Radio Broadcasting

What i really liked about the school was the use of teachers who had an established career in broadcasting, whether it be radio or television. They were all very professional, helpful and informative about the industry as well as a no bull attitude. Another great thing about the school was the equipment that they trained on, all of which was top quality pieces all of which were actually used at one time or another in an actual radio or television studio. This is very helpful so that when you do eventually land that first gig you are familiar with the equipment that you will be using. Finally, the people you meet in this school make great connections throughout your career, whether it is your classmates or your teachers, keeping in touch with them makes moving around in the broadcasting industry very easy and fun. If you are thinging of going into broadcasting this is the best school to learn from.
