Overview
Based in Chicago, Illinois, the Chicago School of Professional Psychology has been providing career training since 1979. In recent years, CSPP has moved into larger facilities to accommodate the growing number of students interested in the psychology graduate programs. Students can choose from a wide-range of programs, including Business Psychology, Forensic Psychology, Applied Behavioral Analysis, Counseling Psychology and Clinical Psychology, among others. Certification programs and Master of Arts programs are also available.
Student Appeal
Accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, the Chicago School of Professional Psychology offers a curriculum that is comparable to other quality institutions. The mission of the instructors and the institution is to combine theory, innovation and hands-on training to help students get the most from their academic experience. Once they graduate, students are equipped with the resources they need to begin a career in their field of study. Low tuition rates and small class sizes make this an attractive school to attend.
Financial
Chicago School’s Financial Aid staff is dedicated to helping students explore their options for financing education. Students can choose from a variety of federal monies, including Federal Stafford Loans, Federal Graduate PLUS Loans, and work-study. The school itself also offers teaching assistantships, scholarships and fellowships to help ease the burden of paying for graduate school. Some employers and organizations also offer tuition reimbursements and scholarships.

This is an accelerated program of the Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology. It’s tailored to meet the needs of students who cannot commit to the Master's Degree program for either academic, financial or time restrictions. They still receive many of the resources they need for the field, but with less intense training and in some cases, earn the certification in less than six months.
