Overview
Founded in 1964, Schiller International University started as a private American university which hoped to foster international understanding and education. Today, the school offers associate, bachelor and master's programs in areas including Financial Planning, Interdisciplinary Studies and Management of Information and Technology. Schiller International University has campuses all over the world including in Paris, London, Madrid, Heidelberg and Florida.

Programs Offered:

Associate Degrees

• International Business International Business
  The AS in International Business provides students with a strong grounding in international business knowledge and practices. Students take courses in subjects including English, economics, science, mathematics and foreign languages.
• International Hospitality and Tourism Management International Hospitality and Tourism Management
  The AS in International Hospitality and Tourism Management is a two-ear program made up of both mandatory and elective programs in addition to Schiller's internship program. Students take courses on topics including food service, kitchen operations, and front desk operations.

Bachelor Degrees

• Interdisciplinary Studies Interdisciplinary Studies
  Students in this program are able to choose from all courses offered at all Schiller campuses that have this degree. Expertise in at least one of the subject areas must be demonstrated.
• International Business Administration International Business Administration
  This degree provides students with the skills and knowledge they need to be competitive in international business careers. Students may choose between three concentrations - Accounting/Finance, Management, and Marketing.
• International Hospitality and Tourism Management International Hospitality and Tourism Management
  Graduates of this program are well-trained in areas including human resources, marketing, and accounting as they relate to hotel management. Students acquire a solid understanding of travel, tourism and the hotel industry.
• International Relations and Diplomacy International Relations and Diplomacy
  This program provides students with the skills and knowledge they require in order to successfully pursue jobs in government, business, journalism, international organizations and more.

Master Degrees

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  This program emphasizes the managerial side of finance, accounting, marketing, and management. Students study case studies taken from both small businesses as well as very large companies.
• Financial Planning (MBA)Financial Planning (MBA)
  This program requires that students take five online courses in conjunction with Kaplan University. Graduates acquire an MBA as well as the title of Registered Financial Consultant. Students are prepared to sit for the CFP exam.
• International Business (MBA)International Business (MBA)
  This is a 45-credit program which requires students to master concepts in areas including international marketing, management, finance, and economics. Coursework combines both theory and practical applications for students interested in pursuing careers as business executives.
• International Hospitality and Tourism Management (MBA)International Hospitality and Tourism Management (MBA)
  This program leads to an MBA degree with a concentration in International Hotel and Tourism Management. This program emphasizes business management strategies and practices that are specifically aimed at the hospitality and tourism industries.
• Management of Information Technology (MBA)Management of Information Technology (MBA)
  This is a 45-credit program that awards graduates with an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology. Classroom and online classes are part of this program.
• International Hospitality and Tourism Management (MA)International Hospitality and Tourism Management (MA)
  This program leads to an MA degree with a concentration in International Hotel and Tourism Management. This program is intended for students who are interested in upper management as well as university-level teaching. The program requires one year to complete.
• International Management (MIM)International Management (MIM)
  This program is designed for students who have previously completed study in a non-business-related field. The program takes one year to complete and students take courses on topics ranging from business administration to economics to public relations.
