Overview
Founded in 1976, Gwinnett College is a Junior College offering career training in healthcare, business, and legal fields. Designed to give working adults looking for career enhancement or a new career path, Gwinnett provides focused Associate Degree and Diploma training and individual attention to encourage dedicated students in their educational pursuits and to give college learning to students who might otherwise not have the opportunity. Two campuses are conveniently located in Georgia.
Student Appeal
Gwinnett encourages diversity and cultural education within student population while emphasizing career-oriented training. Students participate in social activities and social education in addition to course study in order to receive a well-rounded and complementary traditional-style experience without extraneous course material. Career placement is available to all students and extends to graduates as well.
Financial
Financial aid is available to qualified students and includes federal grants, loans, and work study. Financial counsel is available and advisors are available to assist with payment options. Gwinnett College is accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools and is authorized according to the Georgia Nonpublic Postsecondary Educational Institutions Act.
