Overview
Ashford University was founded in 1918, and the school offers a wide variety of graduate programs, as well as undergraduate programs and online programs. The school offers Masters degrees in Business, Psychology, Education and more. Flexible class schedules accommodate working adults and non-traditional students. Some Master’s programs can be completed in as little as six weeks, and the programs can be completed in a few as sixteen months.

Student Appeal
At the Clinton, Iowa campus, students can complete their Masters program in as little as sixteen months – individual programs last only six weeks. In this program, students can take classes only one night per week. Class sizes are small, and Ashford University ensures that its students get the personal help and attention they need to succeed. Students can fit their graduate program into their busy work and personal lives.

Financial
Financial Aid is available for those students who qualify in the form of Federal Stafford and PLUS loans as well as Pell Grants. Students also have the option of paying for courses as they are taken. Ashford University is regionally accredited by the Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

      The Healthcare Administration concentration provides students with a better understanding health policy, economics, and program implementation. Students work to develop expertise in accounting, quality assurance, risk management and strategic planning.

      The Human Resources Management Concentration trains students in development, compensation and benefits, and strategies in human resources management. Students have the chance to learn about hiring strategies, recruiting talent and legal requirements.

      The Organizational Leadership Concentration, added to the Organizational Management MA helps students to expand their business expertise and management skills. Student takes classes in leadership, organizational change, and others.

      The Project Management Concentration added to the MA in Organizational Management helps students develop competency in project planning as well as in risk management. Students take a wide variety of courses in subjects including procurement, finance, and operations.

      This Public Administration concentration within the Organizational Management MA allows students to improve upon the skills they need to successfully interact with public, government, or non-governmental organizations. Students take courses in promoting civil society and social justice, budgeting, human resources, quantitative methods, and public policy.

      The Supply Chain Management concentration within the Organizational Management helps students develop their logistics management skills such as materials management and evaluation and measurement. Students take courses in subjects including operations, production and delivery methods, quantitative methods and logistics.

      This MA is for current K-12 teachers, trainers and consultants. This degree teaches students about all of the cutting edge technology being used in classrooms today.

      The Entrepreneurship Concentration equips you to launch and foster new business enterprises or assume entrepreneurial leadership positions in existing organizations. You will increase interpersonal and management skills while developing a wide range of expertise in finance, accounting, economics, quality improvement, risk management, new capital generation, law, strategic planning, statistical reasoning, and organizational management.
